  • Important Note to Client

    AC247 Facilities Management Ltd are dedicated to providing a 100% customer satisfaction service. All works required to be completed should be provided on the enquiry form or in other written communication with the management team. The information / details provided on the enquiry form should be an accurate and true account of the property state or services requested. A quotation will be provided based on this information and a works order will be provided on agreement between AC247 Facilities Management Ltd and the client once the works have been scheduled in. If for example, false or inaccurate information is provided at the time of the enquiry or additional services that have not been included within the original enquiry have been requested to be completed on the day of the works, AC247 Facilities Management Ltd operatives will be instructed to make contact with the management team to confirm before any works are completed and additional charges will be incurred unless agreed otherwise with the client and authorised with the management team. Payment for private client jobs (not for Ltd or registered companies) will require a full payment upfront on arrival of the operatives before the works have been completed. On completion of the works the client or client representative must be available to complete an electronic sign off sheet which is an agreement between AC247 Facilities Management Ltd and the client that the works have been satisfactorily completed at this time. A cancellation minimum fee of 50% will be required and requested to be paid immediately if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled completion date. Payment terms must be adhered to as stated on the works order and invoice (these are the contractual payment terms agreed with AC247 Facilities Management Ltd and the client). Daily interest charges will apply for late payments. If payments are not made by the payment date then legal action will be taken to claim back all outstanding funds along with additional charges added to the original agreed price for the works to cover the cost of all legal fees. A 50% charge will be applied and be requested to be paid immediately our cleaning operatives attend and the property is not ready to be cleaned and are delayed for more than 1 hour of the original start time or in the event of having to rearrange to reattend later that day. On the instruction of the works from the client, AC247 Facilities Management cleaning operatives will expect the property to be empty if completing a full clean or end of tenancy clean. If the property has any items AC247 Facilities Management Ltd will not be liable for anything left in the property and all items will be disposed of unless communicated clearly by the client. Once this works order has been submitted and received by the client by email this is a n automatic acceptance and contract between AC247 Facilities Management Ltd that the quoted works will be scheduled in and completed on that date unless appropriate notice period is received to rearrange or cancel otherwise changes as laid out above will be applied. The client is expected to read and check the works order information to ensure all the details are correct. If any details on the works order are required to be amended this must be requested and amended at least 24 hours before the scheduled works are due to commence.
